10” Japanese Style Kiritsuke Chef Knife with an Octagonal Wa handle construction consisting of stabilized premium quality blue dyed maple burl exotic hardwood and black Ultrex G10 bolster. 1095 blade brought to a high hand sanded finish sporting some nice Hamon lines. Comes with a custom hand made leather slip.
