Japanese style Kiritsuke Chef Knife in 1095 High Carbon steel brought to a high grit hand sanded finish leaving nicely figure hamon lines. Hand shaped octagonal wa style handle crafted from yellow/green dyed stabilized spalted hackberry and ultrex G10 bolster. Comes with a nice custom hand made leather slip.
